i just had my first traffic violation: obstruction — 1st offense. to my dismay, the traffic officer can’t explain why i was parked illegally. grrrrr! can anyone explain to me what traffic rule have i violated here? scenario: i was parked at a creek adjacent to a mall here with no NO PARKING sign, no crosswalk, and definitely not within intersection of curb lines. the following are the only parking violations (with their corresponding fines) found at LTO:

an optical illusion is the erroneous perception of reality. in other words, what you see is not what’s there. how does it work? it is said that our eyes are not perfect; they can get tired and have a blind spot. when that happens, our brains will interpret every image we see. to demonstrate this, take a look at the image below. since the squirrel doesn’t trust the all-too-friendly smile of the boy, he wants to get out. do you believe you can make it disappear? close your left eye, then look at the boy with your right eye. now slowly decrease (or increase) the distance to the screen until the squirrel is gone.
you can by simply doing the followings steps:

so do you have a blind spot?
i also have and it’s large! it’s said to be located in the back of our eyes where the optical nerves ("wiring and cables") enter the eyes. check my album for more photos of this kind.
